No one looks forward to going to the dentist however Hermosa Smiles has always a positive experience. Today was no exception. There was a new hygienist, Paolo. He was absolutely amazing!!! Gentle yet thorough. Explained the process and options for necessary treatment. Once finished I scheduled my next appts but later noticed I was scheduled with a different hygienist. When I called to request Paolo for my next appts I was told, he’s not going to be there…oh I am heart broken…just hoping he will become a permanent member of the Hermosa Beach location. He’s the BEST!!
